Fully Furnished 2280 sq foot Unit at level 6, including 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite bathrooms) 2 balcony, surrounding windows makes the unit very bright, easily oversee the beautiful Halifax river from balcony and living room. Central Cooling Heating, High speed Internet, 3 High-definition Roku TVs, one TV in the living room is 70”, two TVs in the bedrooms are 50”.
Numerous events and activities by the condo community. Calendar of the month is available at the concierge table.

Granite counter-tops and breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, Italian cabinetry, large pantry, stacked washer/dryer in unit, large walk in closets, double sinks in the master bath and separate enclosed shower.

HOA does require tenant review. Once you book, send me your email address and I will send you lease and HOA (home owners association management) documents for you to complete, you email completed back to me and I send to the HOA. They will send you a link which you will do online for background check, which has a $100pp over18 fee. For roommate, $100 per applicant. Married couple: $100 (Marriage certification required). This way you are an resident to enjoy the amenities, not guest. Guest is not allowed to use the amenities. Prompt response is essential. The application process could take 2 weeks.

There is wifi throughout the complete condo grounds, amazing amenities, excellent security.
We upgraded the internet speed to 400Mbps from the provider. The actual wifi speed may vary on device and time. The wifi internet speed is the highest we can have from the provider.
It is ideal for work from home solution for professionals.
