About the house:
Newly installed brand new carpet in April, 2022:)!

The house has 3 levels, this Unit A listing includes the top two levels: the upstairs has one bedroom (with queen bed and large TV), one bathroom and laundry room, office and reading corner. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 twin beds and two bedrooms with queen beds). All mattresses are high-end and brand new. Open living room with a gas fireplace, L-shape big sofa and smart TV on the wall for elegant entertaining.

To avoid party and large gathering amid city/province Covid-19 regulation, please apply and fill in accurate number of people who will be at this property. We have outside surveillance system to verify the status.
If there is neighbor noise complaint, it can result in Airbnb eviction, city bylaw office fine ticket and police reinforcement consequence.

The house comes with all amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave oven, Bottom-Mount Water Cooler and warmer ; each bathroom has a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash and so on.
